We're not your typical digital agency chasing project after project. Grocode is intentionally small: founders plus a vetted network of senior designers and engineers. We use AI to do the work a big team used to do. That means fewer handoffs, faster shipping and prices that make sense. What does Grocode do?

AI does the heavy lifting in design, code and content, and senior people make the decisions. That means fewer handoffs and faster delivery. You see working software every week, not slide decks.
How long does a project take?
Weeks, not quarters. After a 30-minute call we build a clickable prototype in days, then agree a fixed price and timeline before the build starts. An AI product sprint takes an MVP, website or campaign to real users in weeks.
How do you price projects?
Three ways: a fixed-price AI product sprint with a defined scope and date, a monthly AI build retainer for ongoing features and fixes, or AI consulting and training sessions for your team. The price is agreed after the prototype, before any build work.
Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?
Yes. We have delivered projects for clients in Pakistan, the United Kingdom, the United States and Singapore, and we take on projects in Saudi Arabia and the UAE from our Karachi and Dubai offices.
Who owns the code and data?
You do. When a project ships, the code and the data belong to you.
